Abstract

Abstract— Social media has now become one of the main platforms for the public to express their opinions, including those regarding government health services. One of the commonly used platforms is Twitter, also known as Application X. In this research, the author conducted a sentiment analysis of the Indonesian government's health services based on user comments from Application X. The method used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm, which is well-known for its effectiveness in text classification. The process involved data collection using web scraping techniques, data preprocessing, labeling sentiments as positive or negative, word weighting using TF-IDF, and accuracy testing through several training and testing data split scenarios (90:10, 80:20, and 70:30). The results of this analysis reveal the public's perception whether positive or negative towards government health services, based on opinions expressed on social media. This study is expected to provide valuable input for the government in its efforts to improve the quality of health services in the future.
